Natural Lifemanship Psychotherapy
A Dapple a Day offers one-on-one Equine-Facilitated Psychotherapy at the farm with Mary Szacik, LCSW, of Ammonite Counseling. This person-centered approach utilizing the Natural Lifemanship philosophy creates a uniquely healing atmosphere to work through trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation, and relationship dynamics.
Natural Lifemanship is a contemporary, trauma-informed equine therapy approach that centers around an authentic and powerful connection with the horse "at liberty" (or without a halter or lead rope connecting the horse and human) while using experiential learning for healing and growth.
