Maddie has been taking riding lessons since a young age and has always enjoyed working with these amazing animals. She graduated from Skidmore College in 2021 with a B.A. in Psychology, and is currently pursuing her Master's in Social Work at Columbia University. Maddie was captain of Skidmore’s Varsity Riding Team, competing in Intercollegiate Horse Show Association shows and riding daily. She is passionate about helping people and ponies, and is thrilled to contribute to A Dapple A Day through planning fundraisers, applying for grants, and cultivating relationships with the ADAD community.
PUBLIC RELATIONS COORDINATOR
Nyla has enjoyed getting involved with the community since a young age. She was a part of the Girl Scout organization for 12 years and has participated in immersion trips in Arizona and Mexico. She is a recent graduate from Siena College with a B.A. in Communications and Marketing. She now works at her alma mater as the Assistant Director of Enrollment Communications. She is looking forward to contributing to the A Dapple A Day team and getting to know the community on the farm!
DIRECTOR OF CLIENT OUTREACH
Pam, along with her father and daughter, exhibited in the World's Championship Horse Show and won the gold medal for North American driving horse pairs. She has an extensive background with Morgans, Saddlebreds, and Harness horses. For the past 30 years, she has worked in real estate. Her formal education is in social studies and is a Certified Alcohol Recovery Coach. Pam loves horses and loves people.
Fran began riding when she was eight and since then, horses have always been a part of her life. She spent many days at the barn and showed regularly during her youth. She was first introduced to therapeutic horseback riding in the late 80's. She later received her certification in Hippo-Therapy while working at a pediatric rehabilitation hospital in New Jersey. Throughout her adulthood, she has had the pleasure of working with various therapeutic programs as well as spending time at an Arabian breeding farm. Fran brings a true understanding of the benefits of therapeutic riding and with her passion for helping others.
DIRECTOR OF FINANCES
Jeff came to A Dapple A Day as a student and never wanted to leave. He loves to volunteer doing barn chores, facility repairs, assisting with programs, and exercising the horses. Jeff is an Army veteran and has a background in engineering and construction administration. It doesn't matter what's going on at the farm, Jeff always says, "any day at the farm is a good day!"
